A robust boy of 30 years, worried about the swelling at ankle. After antibiotctic for seven days  I aspirated , an oily liquid came out, pressure bandage applied, got flattened. After seven days it started reappearing and attained same size.

Now he is on ursodeoxy cholic acids ( bile salt) 150 mg bid for one month, but no response. He is afraid of surgical removal. Any medical/ Local therapy is welcomed
