Use of "manual oil press" you will get pure oil avoiding adulterated oil. One time roti, oats or yogurt can prevent diabetes. Daily exercise or 15 minutes of "kapalavati asana" Own mini vegetable garden to get pure vegetable rather than poisonous vegetable.
