A middle-aged lady is having leg pain, which increases on prolong standing and walking. She was investigated with normal blood CBC, ESR, CRP, SR,?Calcium, alkaline phosphatase. ?Normal ultrasound abdomen and pelvis. X-ray of affected leg shows excessive bone formation with cortical thickening involving both tibia and fibula. No trauma fever or other swellings in the?body were seen.

No surgery or constitutional symptoms are there. Please suggest for management, as endocrinology is normal. No local raise of temp or colour changes. No varicocity. Pl comment line of management
