Middle age female patient with newly diagnosed Migranous headache for which she has to take Paracetamol  at leat 5 days a week for last 3 months.but now PCM  not effective as pt claims. . Which is the best drug for prophylaxis? vitals ; T=N, Pulse =72.

BP=  150/90. NO PREVIOUS  HTN or DM  orr any ch. illness.
