On examination, really dark looking, weak, anxious look, on auscultation of CHEST, Rt CHEST crepitations all over scattered, Lt CHEST is full of coarse crepitations with fluid sounds, at places Bronchial breathing. XRAY and CT scan of the CHEST are posted. SPUTUM for AFB Negative, fungal negative. CBC at present normal.
