42-year-old lady with 2 children, 2nd child 3years of age delivered by C-section. She is a known patient of Migraine. Now  for the  past 3 months her periods are once in 15 days with very severe attacks of Migraine.

She has not had tubectomy & not on any contraceptive now. How to manage her?
