A 24-year lady who was diagnosed to be having migraine headache was initially managed with adequate lifestyle modification, knowing and preventing headache triggers and on as- required basis combination of tablet Naproxen and Domperidone. She recently came for follow up with an increase in headache frequency and is also planning to conceive in 1-2 months. Among all the possible prophylactic pharmacological options (valproate, topiramate, tricyclic antidepressants, flunarizine and calcium channel blockers, propranolol etc) which can be safely prescribed for this lady?

For aborting acute attacks will naproxen + domperidone be safe now?
