A previous two lower segment caesarean section patient, in whom 2nd CS was done 7 months back. She was 10 days overdue when she took medical abortion on her own, had severe bleeding, then bleeding stopped, but now when next menses didn't come she did USG and there is 11 weeks live fetus. Are there Chances of anomalies due to misoprostol exposure?
If undergo termination of pregnancy due to risk of teratogenicity, what are the chances of uterine rupture with use of misoprostol? What should be the dosage, same or less dose as compared to a non-scarred uterus?
