Patients with comorbidities like hypertension, obesity, or diabetes may find COVID-19 management challenging. Poor glycemic control during diabetes, a disease with a global prevalence of around 9.3%, has been shown to worsen COVID-19 infection outcomes. In addition, there is uncertainty regarding the use of standard therapeutics like ACEIs and ARBs in SARS-CoV-2 infected patients. As a result, effective management of COVID-19-infected diabetic patients with a thorough understanding of current guidelines is critical.
In this regard, we have organized a webinar where Dr. Banshi Saboo will share his insights on “Monitoring Glycemic Control in Primary Care” on 16th December 2021, 3:00 PM onwards. Join the session to know more!
