One of my patient 68/m, had a fall from bed (about 2feet in height) about a month back. MRI shows: i)  Partial collapse of D12 vertebral body with minimally retropulsed posterior cortex indenting the theca. No significant spinal canal compromise. ii) Mild posterocentral focal protrusion of L4-L5. No significant spinal or nerve root canal narrowing.

Pain killers, Calcium has been prescribed. Ultra sound therapy done for 7 days. At present suggested to sit and walk with tailor brace and walker. But the patient is complaining too much of pain in sitting and walking which should have been subsided by this time. Any other suggestion......
