A 26 yr old female patient developed repeated numbness and spasm in rt hand and both legs. H/o repeated giddiness. on evaluation found to have demyelinations in MRI s/o multiple sclerosis. CSF-shows normall picture. No family history of similar disease.

Also diagnosed to have S-N deafness and involvement of optic nerve. What could be the propable and frequent cause to develop this multiple scleroso in temperate place like INDIA. Is there any prmanent solution they are researching in pipe-line?
