Unless serious Anatomical anomalies or Metabolic disorders etc exist .
Totally Floppy Flaccid babies are most probably — Very difficult to resuscitate , and indicate Bad prognosis. Obstetricians shud keep this observation in mind and shud not panic when they see — a Not breathing baby . This is my observation over 15 yrs .
