Muscle tone of Apgar is the First visible and definitive indicator of Neonatal well being and near definitive indicator of successful resuscitation . Immediately after delivery of a baby ( Normal Or Cesarean )  — If  on  observation  baby shows  some  muscle movements ( limb movements , etc ) . Then ... These are  the First visible and definitive indicator of Neonatal well being and near definitive indicator of successful resuscitation . Unless serious  Anatomical anomalies or Metabolic disorders  etc  exist .

Totally Floppy Flaccid babies are  most probably — Very difficult to resuscitate , and indicate  Bad prognosis. Obstetricians  shud  keep this observation in mind  and  shud not panic  when they see — a Not breathing baby  . This is my observation over 15 yrs .
