We need to come to ground realities that HAI with superbug is a medical challenge and in days to some it going to be pan drug resistant infection?There are several reasons .First and foremost is we do not think infection control is our job. Hence we overlook basic principle of asepsis. There is no review mechanism or data analysed of HAI in order to show the cause being breach in asepsis. As there is no monitoring and feedback there is no accountability.
