A 35 years old lady presented with the complaint of left sided chest pain from last 3 years - on and off.pain radiates in movements or on any positional changes.pain radiates to left arm,scapularv region,whole left breast and forearm.xray and ECG done which shows within normal limits.IN CBC ,ESR is raised upto 30.TSH is normal.Pain subsides with NSAIDs and other muscle relaxant. Can we go for further examinations or to put on symptomatic treatment?
