A 24-week-old baby boy presented with his mother as he developed a generalized dry, red, itchy rash over the past 2 weeks. Emollient was applied regularly. He is currently breast-fed and his mother has an unrestricted diet. Vomiting and rash were developed after consuming only 40 mL of bottle-feed milk.
Another rash was developed when his father kissed him. The baby was born at term by normal vaginal delivery and is vaccinated to date.
