We have a patient 75 years with an electrophysiologically secured myasthenia gravis in the initial diagnosis. ACH-R AK, AK and titin and Ca channel type N pos. Has a bulbar expression with swallowing disorders, eye muscle paralysis and masticatory dysfunction. A thymoma could be excluded. Other paraneoplastic syndromes as well. On oral administration of Mestinon it has only moderately responded well, so we only went with  Mestinon Perfusor about 800 mg / 24 h plus oral Mestinon ret.

180 1-0-1 and 1-1-1 Mestinon 60 mg may cause some degree.Emergency default, we gave IVIG 5x 30g. Azathioprine 50mg / d is already inside. SDH 20 mg / day. What can we do to oralisieren it? Does anyone have experience with such high doses Mestinon?
