45 yrs male presented with post fever proximal muscle weakness of bi lat lower limbs. On investigation CPK was high above 12000 and K+ Mg+ Ca+2 all are decreasd. Na+ was normal, total count 24000 with neutro 91%. Cpkmb normal and other investigations are mostly normal.
He was treated accordingly with antibiotics and correction tried for dyselectrolytemia but dyselectrolytemia still persists and cpk is going high. Muscle biopsy not available in malda. What is your diagnosis and line of management?
