I have got 20-year unmarried girl with history of loss of weight and white discharge many years. Ultrasound pelvis normal study.

White discharge trichome nose  positive with growth in culture.but Mantoux strong positive.along with tt of TV and appropriate antibiotics. Is it necessary to start anti-TB drugs if so what drugs dosage and duration of tt.
