With so many medical colleges mushrooming and quality of education going low, It is need of the hour to hold an All-India level exam before MBBS degree is given. It will help Poor performing medical colleges to raise standard of education with good teachers Prevent Ghost teachers. All will be assessed of competence in a uniform way Same can be used for admission to PG classes The only drawback is we do not want to improve.
