The Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA) has established multidisciplinary guidelines to review the available data and formulate recommendations regarding the care and management of COVID-19 patients. This guideline panel has made 32 recommendations for treating and managing the following populations: before and after exposure prophylaxis, ambulatory patients with mild to moderate disease, hospitalized with mild to moderate disease, severe but not critical disease, and critical disease.
