Pain in the buttock with radiations into the leg from Ischial tuberosity to heel.

  Kindly analyze the reasons of severe pain in the buttock of one side radiating down along the posterior leg from Ischial tuberosity to the heel. SLR is negative, rather stretching gives relief !!!
