So far I had to contend with Beating up of the doctor, then taking him to Consumer court, filing a Police complaint besides a Complain to the medical council and now another avenue for harassment the Human Rights Commission which will take it further to the public. Now NHRC will publicly hear medical negligence cases. Only public lynching in the town square is remaining, so let us wait for that to start before we decide to join hands and oppose what to me appears blatant injustice being done to our profession.
