One of the points for agitation against NMC is EXIT exam (a single exam for PG NEET, for licensing to practice and fr registration of foreign-educated graduates.) Because a) it encroaches into the Domain of Universities, b) Forces the fresh graduates to write one more exam etc. As per my concept, NEMS consists of 3 steps ( part 1,2,3) and is on MCQ pattern and conducted twice in a year. At the end of 1st MBBS only those clear NEMS part 1 should be allowed for respective University exam. Similarly, those who clear NEMS paper 2 only be allowed for 2nd MBBS university exam and those who clear NEMS paper 3 only be allowed for the final MBBS exam of respective Universities.
