An 88-year-old male complained of a few nodules on his lower lip for nearly four years. The nodules were asymptomatic but were increasing in size very slowly. No history of trauma or spontaneous bleeding was reported. The largest nodule was around 1.0 cm in diameter, deep blue in color, non-tender and smooth.
