A patient presented  withPainful Non -healing ulcer over lateral aspect of rt. heel since 2 months.pain is severe and more during night.pt.

gives history of painful swelling 2 months back which was excised by some village practitioner. no discharge from woundBut extremely tender .Esr 40 TLC 10000/mm3.MRI shows only inflammation in  subcutaneous tissue.no changes in underlying Bone.Kindly give your views regarding diagnosis and management.
