A 9 yr old boy presented with c/o recurrent pain abdomen. No h/o vomiting/altered bowel or micturition habits. Active ,well nourished. Vague tenderness lower abdomen. No mass palpable.

Bowel sounds, normal. Ultrasound scan shows transient non obstructing intussusception. How commonly is this seen? How do you explore?
