A 72 year women who is having Hypertension, valvular dysfunction diagnosed when investigation was done for high B.P. She is on hypertion treatment since 8 years. she goes for check up on a regular basis. Recently she developed low Hb and some amount of low platelet count.

She is a professional and otherwise very active. For the last few days she has excessive urination. She is not on any diuretics. Can someone guide as to what course of action is required?
