Respected seniors please guide, I have a patient 37 years old, her NT scan was normal. l, double marker low risk. But her triple marker has increased risk for trisomy 21 but antenatal anamoly scan normal.

She is currently 22.4 weeks. What should i suggest her amniocentesis or 3D scan for soft tissue markers is enough.
