Twenty-eight (28) year old male with the history of travel to Morocco, Egypt, Sudan and reached Saudi Arabia which is his hometown. After 5 days of his travel, he was brought to the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) with a history of acute diarrhoea, shortness of breath, & on examination, he was hypotensive with a blood pressure of 90/40 mmHg; pulse rate was 52/ minute; respiratory rate was 25/minute, loss of consciousness and within few minutes of reaching EMS he was coded, then intubated and connected to mechanical ventilator. Complete septic work was requested and only blood culture could be collected for Microbiology.
