Dear Colleagues,  My Patient 17y.o visited my clinic yesterday with a complaint of numbness of both legs during mensturation. On questioning, the patient said this is not the first time, she has been experiencing this since 6 months. The numbness would disappear after cycles.

No medical and sexual history, the patient is healthy, non anaemic, what could be the Dx? Has any one come accross such case before? Please help
