Patient with many congenital deformities, short stature, deformities of spine operated under GA for LSCS. Whenever she was given scoline, her SpO2 comes down to 30. It became normal on washout of scoline effect.

Patient was on 100% Oxygen. Kindly suggest possible reasons?
