Hi! I come across many patients who call me on phone and ask stupid questions at whatever time they feel. Like one patient called me at 9:30 P.M. when I had not eaten the whole day and was rushing home "sir I was operated for spine 3 weeks back is it ok if I eat fish?" Some people inform about an allergy and when asked to tell what medicines they are on, they keep you on hold and go to find their files. This is very irritating.
I am have asked one engineer to develop an app which charges patients for calling doctors. Details I can't tell how, as it's a copyright issue. But how many of you will be willing to charge for people to call you. That app will use multiple payment methods and all. I just want how many of you are troubled by such calls and willing to charge them?
