30 yr old male patient came with complaint of burning micturition on n off. He had a h/o chronic prostatitis 2yrs back.for which he was treated by a renownd urologist with iv cefeperazone + nitrofurantoin..at that time his symptoms relieved but little bit of burning micturition on n off was present n persisting til nw. Custoscopy at tha time revealed frade 1 trabaculae in bladder.
Otherwise the patient is normal, no fever,urine routine NAD, very rarely gets pain around anus.clinical findings NAD. I Suggested him to go for cbc n semen culture n trans rectal usg. Request suggestions for diagnosing n investigations n treatment I should go for.
