The article highlighted the limitations and deficiencies of these online services. The author felt the answers were often of poor quality because the doctor did not have enough background information about the patient. However, the reality is that both options are here to stay, and they offer complementary solutions.

We need to be able to trust patients' intelligence, so that they can pick what works for them, given their personal situation.
