Introduction The world’s largest vaccination campaign against COVID-19 began in India on 16th January 2021 . The first dose was administered to a sanitation worker in AIIMS, Delhi. The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, has set out operational guidelines as a preparatory measure to ensure a successful vaccination drive. This article discusses the various guidelines for a successful vaccination campaign against COVID-19.
