Patient History: A 23-year-old healthy male presented with 6-week duration of red eyes associated with mild discharge, foreign body sensation, tearing, blurred vision, and swollen eyelids. These symptoms started in his right eye and, a few days later, his left eye also became affected. Past Ocular History: Denies contact lens use, injury, surgery, or strabismus. The patient does wear corrective spectacles for mild myopia.
