A 10 years old girl has been diagnosed as primary complex and was under ATT. After that she developped weakness in her right hand to such an extent that she needs the support of her left hand to write in her copy.

Ser Vit D3, calcium level normal, B12 level also normal. Can you suggest what may be the cause and further course of action.
