Please share good options for one of my friend. He did 3 years of DNB surgery residency, but could not clear DNB finals. Simultaneously he was working in surgery dept. and has operated 1000 times.
He is good at surgery but when it comes to DNB surgery finals he is unable to clear the finals after 8-10 attempts. Now he has got married so financial responsibilities are forcing him to start general practice but his passion is surgery. So please share any other good option so that he may be able to continue his surgical practice? Please share your views as early as possible or else he will have to leave surgical branch after 7 years of residency in surgery.
