A 45 year old female, known case of  type II DM since 5 years. Presently she is on Tab Metformin 500 mg tid + Glimiperide 2mg tid + Pioglitazone 15 mg tid. Her FBS  163 mg/dl, PPBS 306 mg/dl,PPUS 1%, HbAIc 11.5%. Also has blisters in feet, burning of feet, retinopathy.

She is reluctant to INSULIN therapy. What is the best possible oral drug regimen for her? If insulin has to be started then which is the best schedule?
