A 40-year-old patient with Ovarian tumor to be posted for surgery has anemia(Hb 6.6g%).So packed RBC were transfused to improve the hemoglobin.One day later she develops Jaundice and the hemoglobin falls. Considering this as hemolytic transfusion reaction based on raised indirect bilirubin, second transfusion was postponed by 1week.

The same picture recurs following second transfusion. What is next step in her line of management?
