A28yrs boy complains of dull aching pain in rt hypochondriac region since 3 yrs associated with fatty meal,and stress ,radiates to back, investigations shows- triglcerides 350,cholesterol higherside,liver scan image shows -fatty liver,                                 bile ejection time -low ,not diabetic, not hypertensive,haematology -nml,                               ECG-nml         let me know the treatment yu feel right and suggestions welcome
