A 56 year old female patient came with a complaint of pain on biting and was avoiding chewing from that side. After radiographic and clinical examination we decided to start root canal treatment with the tooth. After access opening and negotiating the canals were found to be very narrow because of attrition this was not the only challenge but long roots of 27 mm were add on.
Several times recapitulation was done with thorough irrigation intraoperatively! First sitting complete chemico-mechanical preparation was done and intracranial medicament was placed! During the second sitting obturation was done after confirming no infection with dry paper points!
