A 42-year old healthy female works as a dishwasher, but does not wear gloves. She has had painful erosion on the hands and nail-fold changes over several weeks. Initial Observation Woman appeared healthy. Bright erythematous fissured erosions were observed in the interdigital web spaces between fingers of both hands. In addition to edema, erythema of the proximal nail folds of several digits was noticed.
