A 55 year old man presented with a painful ulcer on right posterior aspect of tongue since about 10 days. No history of alcohol or tobacco consumption.

Was treated with saline gargle and steroid as well as mucopain ointment but ulcer and pain is still persisting. What could be done to manage this case?
