A 75 Year male had a non-healing wound of 2nd toe with pain & discoloration of the foot for 1 month. Also on & off fever with raising S.creatinine. Latest S.creatinine 3.9. On angio, multilevel short segment tight stenosis and occlusion in leg arteries with suboptimal flow in foot. ATA & PTA angioplasty is done.

The total contrast used 35ml visipaque. Post procedure patient relieved from pain. On wound debridement, good flow present. S.creatinine after 48 hrs 3.0.
