Today, a lot of patient management software are available in the market. Although they are useful, however, some of the issues need more debate and clarity. One of the issues is giving feedback to doctors and doctors judged on this basis by others. This feedback can be given by any patient who has booked an appointment with the doctor and it is visible to anyone visiting the page.
Now, these feedbacks are not monitored by doctors who are paying subscriptions for their profiles but instead maintained by the team who do not have any idea about the interactions happening between the doctor and the patients.
