A 52-year-old patient suffering from a headache, which generally on and off for days . He is non-diabetic, not hypertensive. But suffering from PIP joint and wrist joint pain which is most probably rheumatoid arthritis. Morning stiffness mildly positive, but not on RX for it. Somewhat correlate headache with tension episode.
Headache is specially parietal region and has fear about brain tumours. Consulted with neurologist, he doesn't even look at CT head film or report. I feel maybe because it was done without doctor's concern. Prescribed on propranolol and amitriptyline for 2 months. Please suggest management for this case.
