A patient with LSCS day two has septicemia and hepatorenal syndrome. Her WBC was 28000, Hb% 15gm, platelet normal, bilirubin 6, urea 75, creatine 4 bt ct normal. On USG hepatomegaly grade1renal parenchymal disease, uterus bulky with multiple echogenic foci (retained products).
The patient is afebrile, vitals are stable, no bleeding, pv output 20 ml /hr. Is there need of curettage or not?
