Respected Doctors, 28 years old primary infertility PCOS patient conceived with clomid. Pt was on metformin 500mg bd since before pregnancy. She is now 12 weeks pregnant with NT scan normal. RBS below 100mg. Now should I continue metformin throughout preganacy or stop?
BMI is 29. Please guide as I am in dilemma. Pregnancy is very precious for patient.
