Peri-ovulatory phytoestrogen enhances pregnancy rate in women with PCOS taking Clomiphene Citrate(CC) as ovulation inductor reported a recent study published in Andrology & Gynecology Current Research. The prospective study with group 1-study group (225 patients; received phytoestrogen and CC, starting in the 7th day of the cycle till the day of HCG injection) and group 2-control group (225 patients; received CC only) have proved that adding phytoestrogen to CC induction improve ovulation and pregnancy rate and it is a good option for patients with PCOS looking for pregnancy treatment with affordable price and minimal side effects.
